By downloading, accessing, or using the Event Application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2) Eligibility

The App is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3) User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4) Acceptable Use

  • You may use the App solely for personal or event-related purposes.
  • You must not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • You may not interfere with the App’s operation, attempt to bypass security, or misuse the service.

5) Content

Users are solely responsible for any content they upload (messages, photos, videos). We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6) Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including its design, features, and content (except user-generated content), belong to ByteGenius LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7) Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (Supabase, Firebase, Google Places, Sentry). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

8) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability of the App.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteGenius LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App, other users, or us.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, WY.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the most recent version. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
